A truly fearless recipe, but in fact these Chinese Style Steamed buns aren't as difficult as you may think and a great way to use up leftover cooked meats #FearlessCooking

Ingredients:
- 250g self raising flour
- 200ml milk
- 150g cooked meat (such as chicken or beef)
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 50g hoi sin sauce
Method:

- Tip out and knead briefly before rolling the dough into 8 balls
- Chop up your cooked meat and mix with three chopped spring onions and your Chinese sauce
- Press out each dough ball into a larger circle and place some of the mixture into the middle and bring up the sides to form a ball ensuring the seams are at the bottom and place into a paper muffin case
- Repeat with the remaining 7 dough balls then place them into a steamer insert inside your pan with boiling water underneath, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes until puffed up and cooked through
- Serve with julienned cucumber, spring onion and your favourite dipping sauce
